Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid booking confirmation from Asenka Apartments. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and may attract an additional fee.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and other approved payment methods. All prices are displayed and charged in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in date are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the property with respect. Any damage to the apartment, furnishings, or facilities will be charged to the guest. Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Liability
Asenka Global Ltd accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for their personal property at all times.
Privacy Policy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Guest information is used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and communications. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
