Cancellation Window
Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Security Deposit Return
Refundable security deposits are inspected at checkout and released within 48 hours, minus any deductions for documented damages or missing items.
